How We Got Our Start

Who We Are
In comparison to other industries, the insurance industry is lacking in practical ways to pursue an entry-level career. Most career paths include getting an agent's license or pursuing insurance designations. The cram-to-pass-the-test format does not prepare new learners for the day-to-day challenges they will face in their role.
Our training program was originally developed in 2018 for outsourcing companies that provide back-office support to independent insurance agencies. The private coaching curriculum has now been adapted as a practical skills workshop for new hires with less than one year experience.
